Meet The ROC Rarity Coaches
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Owner & Coach
Marisa Goodwin
Marisa Goodwin is the owner of ROC Rarity All Stars, a cheerleading gym where passion meets precision—and every athlete is treated like a rare gem. With 11 years of dance training and a cheerleading journey that spans high school and five years of Level 6 Open Coed teams, Marisa brings both skill and sparkle to the mat. After coaching Churchville-Chili Junior Saints Cheerleading for 2 years and co-owning a roofing company with her husband, she followed her dream of opening a gym that empowers young athletes to shine bright and grow strong—on and off the floor.

Mini Coach
Jessica Paolucci
Jessica Paoluccis journey in cheerleading began back in high school along with her love for dance. Her passion took her to be apart of a few professional local teams in the Rochester area. This foundation laid the groundwork for her coaching philosophy: every cheerleader deserves to shine, both on and off the mat.
As a proud mom of three, she understands the importance of nurturing not just skilled athletes, but also well-rounded individuals. I strive to create an environment where athletes can flourish, make lasting friendships, and grow to their fullest potential!

With a background in cheerleading in both high school and college, Brittany has spent the last four seasons coaching both recreational and All-Star teams. She is thrilled to be part of ROC Rarity and looks forward to all the exciting acheivements ahead.

Youth Coach
Julie Pier
Coach Julie is a dedicated nurse, former dance instructor, and passionate coach with a lifelong love for dance and cheer. Dancing since the age of three, Julie has honed her skills and creativity over the years, earning numerous choreography awards.
After taking a step away from the competitive scene, Coach Julie’s love for the sport was reignited through recreational cheerleading. This led her back into coaching and teaching, where she found her passion again—guiding young athletes to grow in both skill and confidence.
Now a proud member of ROC Rarity, Coach Julie is thrilled to share her enthusiasm, knowledge, and love for dance and cheer with the athletes and families in the program.
